The Project.
Aston Martin sought to streamline and enhance the purchasing process, focusing on improving user experience across all touchpoints for an online real estate marketplace. This involved simplifying navigation, increasing transparency, and implementing personalized engagement strategies to cater to individual preferences and streamline the path to purchase.
Our Solution.
Coderio organized an intensive eight-meeting workshop as a collaborative endeavor to serve as a platform for stakeholders to identify pain points affecting the user journey. Through insightful discussions and comprehensive analysis, we gained invaluable insights into the perspectives of key stakeholders, including brokers, buyers, and high bidders.
The workshop sessions were instrumental in guiding decision-making processes related to the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), aligning with the expectations and requirements of different user segments. By examining the viewpoints of brokers and potential buyers, we identified critical areas for improvement and refined strategies to maximize engagement and satisfaction. Additionally, the sessions facilitated the creation of an in-depth analysis comprising five distinct use cases and user flows, providing a holistic understanding of the user journey and enabling targeted solutions.
Drawing upon the workshop’s outcomes, we formulated a proposal for an ideal back-office infrastructure, meticulously tailored to accommodate all identified use cases and user requirements. This involved developing wireframes, and user experience flows, which were visual blueprints for implementing intuitive and efficient processes. By integrating user-centric design principles and best practices, we aimed to create an immersive purchasing experience, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving success for the real estate project.
